Our prices range from £490 to £1990 per week.

• In winter you can book any combination of days, weekends, mid-weeks, or full weeks.
• Short breaks in winter are charged at £320 for Derwent Lea, or £480 for Orchard Barn (two or three nights). Full weeks are available at £790 for Orchard Barn, or £490 for Derwent Lea.
• In Summer we take full week bookings with a Friday changeover in both. It may be possible to book a weekend at £690 in Orchard Barn and £490 in Derwent Lea: please ring to discuss this.
• Prices include heating and bedlinen but you need to remember to bring your own towels.
• There is an additional charge of £15 per dog for dogs which are limited to a maximum of two.

We can take a debit or credit card payment over the phone or you can pay by cheque. Cheques are to be made payable to "Orchard House Holidays" and sent to us at Orchard House, Raven Lane, Applethwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4PN.
